PreK participated in a STEM activity inspired by their reading of “Row Row Row Your Boat.” They created foil boats and tested their buoyancy by adding gold and silver coins. Miss Downing’s students counted each coin they placed in their boats before the weight caused them to sink, offering a hands-on lesson in physics and mathematics.
